10 simple tips for creating the perfect ad.
- Make a list of the features you like most about your home.
- You know what appeals to you – people will like these qualities.
- Don’t say derogatory in your description of the property. Say positive benefits about your property --- parking, TTC, shopping, great neighbourhood, large basement, small yard, large yard

- Clean you property up as if a King or Queen was visiting, make it spotless and very well-kept. When people look for their next home, they view many apartments in Toronto, and they view many condos in Toronto waiting to find one that is well-kept.
